Under the general supervision of the Athletic Department, the Concession Attendant performs duties required to sell concessions to spectators and serve student-athletes at various Athletic events for Cochise College.
Peer tutors are essential to Cochise College Student Services. They provide the students with resources that will enhance their opportunity for academic success and facilitate their transition into Cochise College. Peer tutors are expected to foster a sense of community among students at Cochise College and work cooperatively with other staff members to provide educational activities. Peer Math Tutors work in classrooms and/or math labs.
Associate Faculty provides an invaluable service to the College and our students by providing experience of their profession in our classrooms, laboratories, and studios. Instruction is provided via multiple mediums, including face-to-face courses, blended learning, and online throughout Cochise County and our entire services area.
The Financial Aid Veterans Services Coordinator serves as the School Certifying Official in matters related to the Veterans Administration (VA) and ensures all college processes align with VA requirements. This position is responsible for assisting veterans with academic and career planning as well as VA benefit utilization. Serving as a liaison between the college and the veterans’ and military community, including Ft. Huachuca, to develop and promote college services to veterans throughout the district.

Under the general supervision of the Director of Aviation Programs/Chief Flight Instructor, the Office Aide provides support to the Aviation Department by providing customer service to students and employees.
Under the Director of Admissions and Registration, the Archived Records Clerk provides support to the Admissions and Registration Department ensuring that archived records are scanned accurately and maintained in the prescribed manner.
The Maintenance Technician Lead Mechanical is responsible for maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems and equipment. Performing preventative maintenance, repairs and upgrades as required.
Under the direction of the Senior Administration Assistant, the Office Aide is responsible for providing support in the area of Student Development Center. Duties may include: responding to questions from prospective students in person or over the telephone; explaining the forms; and entering student information utilizing computerized systems.
Under the general supervision of the Facilities & Maintenance Director or Site Supervisor, the Facilities Aide will assist in cleaning and maintaining the college in such a way to promote safety and proper operations. It is the role of the Facilities Aide to follow daily, weekly and monthly clerical schedule with in the Facilities at Cochise College.
The Director of TRiO/Student Support Services is responsible for overseeing the TRiO/Student Support Services grant, including planning and coordinating program activities, supervising personnel, and reporting related to the proper application of grant provisions, staff supervision, grant reporting, and fiscal management.

The Testing Services Specialist is responsible for assisting in the planning, development and coordination testing procedures, processes and schedules and for serving as the Alternate Chief High School Equivalency Examiner, and for collaborating with faculty and staff to ensure testing services are available to students and the community.
The Mentoring Program Coordinator is responsible for oversight of the USA Funds “Mentoring for Success” program and will be communicating with mentors and protégés, coordinating meetings of program participants, planning and executing orientation and closing ceremony events, and interfacing with coordinating departments to ensure that all financial and oversight requirements of the program are met.
The Instructional Media Services (IMS) Technician III is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to College faculty, staff, students, and community members focusing on monitoring Instructional Television (ITV) classes and meetings, monitoring the IMS help desk, and operating, troubleshooting and installing computers, multiple video cameras, microphones, and other equipment for classes, meetings and events.
The Nursing Lab Aid is responsible for assisting department staff and faculty in the classroom, clinical, vehicular and learning lab settings.
The Institutional Research Analyst is responsible for gathering data, preparing reports, analyzing data and statistics, and related functions and for using web-based reporting systems to improve data access and analysis for college leadership, academic support units, state and federal agencies, and other stakeholders; maintains a calendar of regular data reports, responds to ad hoc requests for data and information, and creates standard reports from a variety of sources.
The Database/Systems Administrator is responsible for installing, monitoring, maintaining, and administering the enterprise server and database, including troubleshooting problems and monitoring database performance to ensure the continuous operation of administrative software and hardware components.
The Director of Nursing is responsible for providing district wide administrative direction and leadership to the department of Nursing; developing, implementing, evaluating and maintaining the programs of learning in accordance with accreditation/certification and regulatory agencies and college standards; cultivating relationships with local, state, regional and national health and professional organizations and regulatory and licensing agencies; preparing and administering the budget and strategic plan.
Professional Math tutors are responsible for providing academic math tutoring services that guide and assist students with homework, problem solving, report writing and test preparation in order to facilitate student learning and understanding.
Under general supervision of the site Administrator and as part of the library/media program, performs a variety of computer, clerical, and library duties in a school library; and provides general information and assistance to students and staff.
Under the general supervision of the Center Director, The Office Aide provides support to Extended Learning-Santa Cruz Center by providing customer service to students, employees, and visitors to the Center; processes and completes office related duties specific to the department to include data entry and retrieval and providing general information.

Under the general supervision of the Men’s Basketball Assistant Coach, the Gym Attendant is responsible for assisting in the operation of the gymnasium, EP Lab and Weight Room. The employee monitors assigned area and ensure the proper use of equipment.

The Part-time Associate Faculty Medical Assistant Instructor provides an invaluable service to the College and our students by providing experience of their profession in our classrooms, laboratories, and studios. Instruction is provided via multiple mediums, including face-to-face courses, blended learning, and online throughout Cochise County and our entire services area.
The Associate Faculty UAS Ground and Simulator Instructor provides ground and lab instruction in various UAS courses to include those for UAS Operator and Payload Operator.
